Grease two loaf pans well and dust with flour. |

Beat together the eggs, sugars, salad oil and vanilla. |

Stir in zucchini. |

Sift the flour, cinnamon, salt and soda together and add to the first mixture. |

Add nuts. |

Divide batter between the two pans and bake at 325° for one hour, or until bread tests done. |
