For the "Lemon & Sugar Mix" blend proportions of one (1) ounce real lemon juice to 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar. Set aside. |

Mix ingredients for fizzes in blender until well blended. |

To serve, pour into well-iced glasses and garnish with a spurt of Orange Flower Water (very important - this makes the "fizz"). |
