Mix cheese and flour together. |

Add butter and mix thoroughly. |

Work with hands to mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive. |

Shape into balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. |

Cover and chill one hour. |

Bake 15 - 20 minutes in a 400° oven. |
