Celery, chopped |

Cabbage, chopped |

Sauce: |

4 Tbs |

Butter |

4 Tbs |

Flour |

2 cups |

Milk |

Swiss cheese, shredded |

Salt and pepper to taste |

Pre-cook celery in the microwave, drain well. |

Pre-cook cabbage in the microwave; drain well. |

Make white sauce by melting butter; stir in flour - cook for about a minute. |

Slowly stir in milk; cook until thickened. |

Mix all together with the cheese. |

Bake at 350° until bubbly. |
