Butter |

1/3 cup |

Sugar |

5-6 |

Eggs |

Vanilla |

½ cup |

Rice |

1 quart |

Milk |

¼ tsp |

Cinnamon |

Cook rice in milk with salt added for 20-25 minutes, stirring often. Cool. |

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, vanilla and cinnamon. |

Add cooled rice. |

Fold in beaten egg whites. |

Pour into greased 10x6 baking dish and place in pan of hot water in oven. |

Bake 40 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. |
