| For Filling and Glaze: |

Mix ingredients for filling in a small bowl. Do the same for ingredients for glaze. |
| For dough: |

In a sauce pan, mix ¾ cup orange juice, 1/2 cup butter, sugar and salt. Stir over medium heat until butter melts. Remove, let stand until lukewarm. |

Sprinkle yeast over ½ cup warm orange juice, stir until dissolved. |

Beat 2 cups flour into orange butter mixture, beat in eggs and orange rind. |

Stir in yeast mix. |

Beat in enough flour to make a soft dough. |

Turn onto floured board. Knead 10 to 15 minutes. |

Place in greased bowl, turn dough, cover and let rise 2 to 2½ hours until doubled. |

Punch down dough and divide in half. Roll half into 16" by 18" rectangle. |

Melt remaining ½ cup of butter. Spread dough with half the butter, sprinkle with half the orange filling and ½ the orange filling and ½ cup raisins. Roll lengthwise and cut into 12 slices. Place cut side down in greased 9" round cake pan. |

Repeat for other half of the dough. Cover, let rise 1½ hours or until doubled. |

Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, turn out and cool. |

Drizzle orange glaze on top of buns. |
