Preheat oven to 350°. |

Combine flour with sugar. |

Cut in the butter. |

Press into a 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. |
| For filling: |

In a saucepan, combine mangoes, sugar, water and lemon juice. Cook until mangoes are tender, about 10 minutes. |

Combine cornstarch and the 3 tablespoons water. |

Stir into mango mixture and cook until thickened. Cool slightly. Pour over prepared crust. |
| For topping: |

Combine oats, flour, and sugar. Cut in butter. |

Sprinkle over mango mixture. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Gooooood! |
