Butter a 2-1/2 quart casserole. |

Break bread into chunks, arrange in layers with cheese. |

Pour melted butter over the bread and cheese. |

Mix together the mustard, eggs, milk and salt and pour over the bread. Cover and refrigerate over night. |

Bake covered at 350° for one hour. |
