Dissolve yeast in water and let stand about 5 minutes to proof. |

Add the warmed milk and the rest of ingredients to the yeast. |

Add flour as needed to form a soft dough. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. |

Take out and divide into 2 or 3 parts. |

Roll out each piece to less than ¼ inch and then spread with melted butter. |

Cut into 8 or 10 pie shaped wedges and roll up, wide edge first. |

After setting for about 3 hours, bake on aluminum cookie sheet at 400° for 10 minutes. |
