Mix the first eight ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. |

Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture, then sprinkle the nuts over the top. |

Drizzle melted butter over the top. |

Bake at 350° for one hour. |

Cool two or three hours before serving. |
