White vinegar |

| ½ cup |

Salad oil |

Powdered sugar |

| ½ tsp |

Curry powder |

Dry mustard |

| Shake all ingredients together and serve over crisp spinach leaves. Try adding raisins, walnuts, apple wedges, bacon bits, etc. |
