For dough: |

Flour, plus 2 tablespoons |

Eggs, slightly beaten |

For filling: |

¼ pound |

Ground Beef |
|
2 Tbs |

Onion, chopped |

Seasoning Salt |

For Dough: |

Gradually mix salt and flour into eggs. Knead until smooth. Roll out into thin sheet 14"x18". Use plenty of flour to prevent sticking. Cut into 2" squares (The trick is not to use water!) |
For Filling: |

Mix meat with onion and salt. Put less than a teaspoon of meat in center of each square. Fold over one point to make a triangle. Press edges firmly together. Drop into 3 quarts boiling stock. Cover. Simmer 1/2 hour. |
