Buttermilk |

Put all ingredients except buttermilk in a bowl and stir to combine. |

Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 5 seconds, then increase speed to medium until smooth, about 20 seconds. Increase speed to high and gradually add buttermilk and beat for two minutes more. |
