| Named by the Taintor kids, this is a do-it-yourself recipe that you can change to suit your tastes. Add or subtract what you like! |

Tuna |
|
| ¼ to 1/3 cup each |
|
Finely chopped (in food processor) carrot, zucchini, onion of choice, red and/or yellow pepper |

Boiled eggs, chopped |

Sunflower seeds |

Chopped olives |

Mayo or Ranch dressing (more or less) |

Drain tuna and place in medium-sized bowl. |

Add carrot, zucchini, onion and bell pepper. |
