These are the best ribs you'll ever have! |

Baby Back Ribs, as many as you need to serve |

|
Salt and Pepper |
|
|
|
Garlic salt (or powder) |
|
|
|
Liquid Smoke |
|
|
|
Barbecue Sauce (your favorite!) |

Place ribs on top of rack and set in a roasting pan or something that will catch the grease. |

Sprinkle ribs with garlic, salt, pepper and a few drops (only!) of liquid smoke. |

Cover with foil and put in a 225° degree oven for 6 to 7 hours (we usually start them at 9:00 a.m. and pull them about at 4:00 p.m. because the smell is driving us crazy!). |

Remove from the oven and barbecue them for a few minutes with sauce...they will fall off the bone! |

Cooking Tips |
Can also use beef brisket - don't have to BBQ it - just slather with sauce and continue cooking in the oven for last 45 minutes. |
