Cole slaw mix |

Ramen noodles from "Oriental" flavored package, broken apart |
|
| ½ cup |
|
Raisins (or to taste) |
|
| ¼ cup |
|
Sunflower seeds (or to taste) |
|
| 4-5 |
|
Greens onions, chopped (or to taste) |

| Dressing: |
|
| ¾ cup |
|
Vegetable oil |
|
| 1/8 cup |
|
Vinegar |
|
| ¼ cup |
|
Water |

Seasoning packet from oriental Ramen |

| 1-2 Tbs |
|
Sesame oil (or to taste) |
|
| Dash |
|
Soy sauce |

Mix ingredients for the dressing and let stand for a couple hours, if possible. |

When the dressing is ready, wrap the uncooked Ramen noodles (in the package) in a dish towel and pound with an ice mallet or the bottom of a glass. If there are any clumps after that, crush them with your hands. |

Put the noodles, cabbage and other ingredients into a salad bowl. Toss with dressing. |
