Brown onion and beef; add chili powder and garlic; cook additional 5 minutes. |

Add stewed tomatoes and cook an additional 10 minutes. |

Cook Rigatoni noodles per package directions; drain. |

Add sliced black olives to noodles, stir to distribute. |

Add Cottage Cheese to noodle mixture and stir again to allow mixture to combine. |
