Dry yeast |

Cottage cheese, warmed |

Sugar |

Instant onions |

Dill weed |

Unbeaten egg |

| 2¼-2½ cups |

Flour |

Dissolve yeast in the warm water. |

Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill, salt, soda, egg and yeast. |

Add flour to make a soft dough. |

Cover, let rise until doubled. |

Stir down. Turn into grease 8" or 9" casserole. Let rise 30 to 40 minutes, until doubled. |

Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes. |

Brush top with butter and sprinkle with salt. |
