Chopped pecans |

Yams |

| 2 Tbs |

Butter or margarine |

| ½ cup |
|
Curacoa or O.J concentrate (either one) |

| ¼ cup |

Light brown sugar |

| 1½ Tbs |

Cocoa |

| 1 tsp |

Grated lemon peel |

| ½ tsp |

Cinnamon |

Blanch nuts (ouch) with butter or margarine. |

Peel and slice (1/4" pieces) yams. |

Cook with balance of margarine 5 - 7 minutes. Turn and cook additional 5 - 7 minutes. |

Combine balance of ingredients and pour over yams, cooking uncovered 15 minutes until done. |
