Guacamole

 
 
 
Amounts vary according to taste:  
  Avocados  
  Onion  
  Tomatoes  
  Cilantro  
  Garlic  
  Jalapeño  
  Lime juice,  
  Salt and pepper  
 
1 Chop and mix onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic and jalapenos.
2 Mash avocados; mix into the chopped mixture.
3 Add lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
4 Refrigerate at least one hour to let the flavors meld.
 
 Cooking Tips
Guacamole keeps fresher if you place the pit in the middle of the bowl and then cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
